This is a newspaper written by The Guardian conveying after the recent conflict with America and Iran as it states in the Headline “Protesters taunt Trump in raid on US embassy in Iraq” as it shows that people in Iraq are unhappy and are protesting against Trump. However, around the main imagine/story, it has following stories on a ‘Fanfare’ with the following jumpline “Eyewitness Paves 20-21” to attract the readers attention into reading into the paper. In my opinion, the left-wing newspapers focuses on the happiness of the people, even the people in conflict and notifies us as a reader that they are not happy with Trump’s decisions.
The eye-catching central image emphasises the tone of anger and conflict as we can imply vandalism in the area as it looks rough and unhealthy for the population setting the tone of anger and unstable. Personally, I find the image eye catching as the image is very vibrant and has many meanings within the image mainly focusing with violence.
The centred newspaper is writing about the trade deal between England and the Eu as they state ” The PM called for a Canada-style free trade deal, saying the UK would return to the Withdrawal Agreement,” The Withdrawal Agreement is The Brexit withdrawal agreement is a treaty between the European Union, Euratom, and the United Kingdom, signed on 24 January 2020, setting the terms of the withdrawal of the latter from the former two. Personally, I believe that the UK is trying to carry on the flow and not let their economy be effected by Brexit.
